Get the Pulse-IQ agent

Install the agent on each Windows PC you want to monitor. It reports device health to your Pulse-IQ dashboard.

Next steps

  1. Run the installer

    Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts.

  2. Sign in to the agent

    Open Pulse-IQ Agent and sign in with your Pulse-IQ account.

  3. Watch your dashboard

    The PC shows up in your dashboard within a few minutes.

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11
  • 64-bit Intel or AMD processor
  • Internet connection
  • Permission to install software on the PC

Before you install

  • Adds the desktop app and a small Windows service, which reads things like BitLocker and disk health.
  • Reads settings, never your files, keystrokes or screen.
  • Updates are signed and checked before they install.
  • Uninstall any time from Settings › Apps.
